Terms & Conditions (Academy)

Dejavu Aesthetic Training Academy Ltd.    Terms & Conditions

  • A minimum of 4 delegates are required per teaching session in order for the class to take place, if the number of delegates is less, we reserve the right to postpone the course. You will be offered an alternative date.

  • Deja Vu Training Academy Ltd is not responsible for any costs incurred for accommodation, travel or other costs that have been booked in advance.
    NB: Your course is not confirmed until full payment is received.

  • A certificate of attendance is awarded following the teaching session. The delegate is not permitted to make changes to, or use the certificate in a misleading way.

  • Where the trainer deems the delegate on an injectable course to require further practice, the said delegate has the opportunity to book a further practical session at a 50% discount.

  • Where the trainer deems the delegate to be incompetent with a needle the delegate will not be allowed to finish the practical training and will not receive a certificate. They will not be permitted to attend any other course we offer and are not eligible for a refund. Deja Vu Aesthetics Training Academy Ltd may deem it necessary to refer this delegate to their relevant professional body.

 MODELS

  • We recommend  you bring your own model, this allows you to follow up on their procedure.. However if you struggle with this, we will try to provide one for you but it is not guaranteed.

  • Deposits
      •   A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your place on any training course.
      •   Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
      •   Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or fail to attend, as your space is reserved and costs are incurred in advance, however delegates may attend the next training session of the same course or transfer to an available different course within a 6 month window
      •   The deposit will be deducted from your final course fee.

  • Balance Payments
      •   The remaining course balance must be paid in full 28 days before the course start date.  At which time the presentation material will be sent to you to allow you to study and become familiar with before the actual day.

  •    If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your place and retain your deposit.

  • Cancellations by the Delegate
      •   If you cancel more than [28] days before the course, your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another available course date (one transfer only).
      •   If you cancel within [28] days of the course, all fees paid (including the deposit) are non-refundable.
      •   Non-attendance on the day of training will result in the full fee being forfeited.

  • Cancellations by Dejavu Aesthetic Clinic & Academy
      •   In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered:
         •   A transfer to another course date, or
         •   A full refund of fees paid (including your deposit).
      •   We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur (e.g., travel or accommodation).

  • Distance / Online Bookings (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
      •   If you book and pay in full, online or by telephone, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking.
      •   However, by booking a course that begins within this period, you agree that training services will start immediately, and you waive your right to cancel once the course has begun.
